I did my schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Patna. After this my next four years of mechanical engineering degree course passed in the campus of Siddaganga Institute of Technology located in Tumkur, Karnataka.
Computers has always fascinated me hence after B.E. I did C-DAC's Diploma in Advance Computing (DAC) course from C-DAC, ACTS Chennai. Through campus placement I finally got opportunity to work with the R&D unit of C-DAC, Bangalore, India in their compilers design and development group.
After couple of years, I moved to Geometric Software Systems (GSSL), Pune, in their Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool development unit. Realizing this field is not of my interest, after 6 months I left GSSL and joined High Performance Computing Research group of IBM Systems and Technology Labs, Bangalore. Since August 2006, I am working here in Message Passing Interface (MPI) development. Out of the tight work schedule, I managed to devote my two years in studies and obtained Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Rajasthan.
I like nature a lot and my hobbies are Trekking and Traveling.
